Penis stretching – A complementary to penile lengthening procedures

A quick search on the internet for penis enlargement, will return thousands of products for penis stretching.

Whereas the majority of urologists will outright deny that extensive penile stretching has any benefits, the reality is that serious surgeons who perform penile surgery consider stretching an important part of penile rehabilitation post-surgery and potentially beneficial for patients in the acute phase of Peyronie’s disease or as a complementary to penile lengthening procedures.

PENIS STRETCHING TIPS

Following are a collection of penis stretching tips, to help you ensure you’re getting the most from every stretch.

  • It does not matter if you stretch standing up or sitting down. The most important thing is that you are comfortable.
  • For the first 3-6 months, only stretch when completely flaccid. Avoid stretching erect as it is intense and thus more risky in the beginning.
  • Manual stretching and jelqing may cause red dots. These are normal. If you experience larger areas of discoloration or bruising, take a few days off to allow your penis to heal. This likely means you were not warmed up properly or stretched too strenuously.
  • Stretching can be performed using your bare hands or an aide. For an aide you can use baby powder, rubber gloves, or a fabric of some sort, such as your old weightlifting shirt from high school.

Although these workouts can be quite effective, they need to be done precisely according to proper and detailed instructions. If done incorrectly, you expose yourself to following dangers: Tearing of your blood vessels, possible scarring of your soft tissue, pain, disfigurement or even complete loss of sensation!

If you are worried over your length or girth, and believe it to be inadequate, you may want to visit a specialized Andrology clinic.
