Penis Size & Penis Enlargement

Non-surgical Penis enlargement

Changing the size of your penis invariably requires changing your anatomy. This means that there are NO pills, creams or other medicinal products that will increase your penis size. For this reason the gold standard of penis enlargement (length and girth enhancement) remains penis enlargement surgery.

For men who are not appropriate candidates for surgery or are unsure about it, it is possible to increase the girth and glans of their penis with the use of a filler (used usually for facial concerns) called Hyaluronic Acid.

The Hyaluronic Acid girth enhancement involves injecting the filler in the penis and can be performed under local anaesthesia. This means a lower cost in general and less downtime but patients should be aware that the results are NOT permanent as the body will absorb the significant majority of the filler within one year.

Non-surgical Girth and Glans enhancement Frequently Asked Questions

What filler do you use to increase the size of the penis?

There are two primary groups of dermal fillers: synthetic and natural derived such as Hyaluronic Acid.

There is a trade-off between synthetic and natural fillers; natural fillers will be absorbed by the body eventually, whereas (depending on the type) synthetic fillers are permanent. On the other hand, synthetic fillers can cause an allergic reaction and also if there is movement or lumping, it is difficult to remove them.

Since most of these fillers are normally used in small volumes for things like wrinkle correction, migration or lumping in this situation is not very usual. This is not necessarily the case for penis enlargement. Firstly, quite a lot of filler is required (10 to 40ml depending on the penis size) and also since the penis changes shape and size during sexual activity, the risk of lumping or migration is considerable.

For this reason, we only use natural fillers which are not permanent and if the result is not satisfactory, the filler will be absorbed. Secondly, hyaluronic acid (our preferred filler) can be broken down by injecting an antidote. This means that the risks of hyaluronic acid penis enlargement are much lower than that of other synthetic fillers although the results are less permanent. Thus these steps reduce the risk of results not being satisfactory for the individual.

Hyaluronic acid is actually a natural structural component of skin, and, in fact, is present in connective tissue throughout the human body. This also means that the risk of allergic reaction is much lower compared to synthetic fillers. For example, if an allergic reaction occurs because a small volume of filler has been injected in a wrinkle, then this can be easily treated. However, if an allergic reaction occurs when 30ml of a synthetic filler (which is difficult to remove) has been injected into the penis then the results can be catastrophic.

For this reason, we do not recommend any synthetic fillers for penis enlargement such as Artefill (PPMA), Linen 10 or Radiesse.

Please not that there is a very big range of brands and types of Hyaluronic Acid filler, which will in general have different characteristics (particle size, concentration, manufacturing process) and as a result different properties in terms of duration, viscosity, propensity to migrate and form nodules and of-course price!

Another absorbable filler that can be used is Ellanse, which is re-absorbable but lasts longer than Hyaluronic Acid. The main difference is that if the results is un-satisfactory Ellanse cannot be reversed, so you would need to wait of the filler to be absorbed, which can take up to 24 months.

In fact, our preferred technique for girth enhancement remains the autologous fat injection, since it provides the best options in terms of patient safety, reversibility, aesthetic outcome and duration of the results, although it is a surgical procedure.

How much filler do I need?

Most men will need anything between 10ml and 40ml depending on the results they wish to achieve and also their current penis size.

How long does it last for?

This varies from patient to patient (depending on patients metabolism). The results will subside gradually and the process can take anything from 6 months to two years. Most patients will require a top up every year.

What results can be expected?

The results will depend on the amount of filler injected but in general we suggest aiming for a result that will look proportional (to the glans size) and aesthetically pleasing. Most patients expect an increase of 30% in the penile girth.

How long does the injection take?

The whole process is very straightforward and performed on an outpatient basis without any general anaesthesia. You should plan for around 1 hour for your treatment, after which you can return to your normal activities.

What do I need to do to prepare for the treatment?

There is no need for any preparation. We do suggest that most patients first have a consultation so as to evaluate if they are good candidates for this type of treatment and then if they decide to proceed, they can have the treatment in a follow-up appointment.

What is the cost of the treatment?

We have a fixed cost per treatment of £1490 plus the cost of the filler used irrespective of the volume. During your consultation with the doctor we will give a detailed overview of all the filler brands, types as well as make a volume recommendation. Indicatively filler costs can vary from £500 per 10ml to £2500 for 20ml depending on the brand.

We constantly research the best fillers and most expensive does not always means the best.

What do I need to do after the treatment?

The doctor will advise you on how to message your penis to ensure an even outcome and prevent any lumping.

How long do I need to take off work in order to have the treatment?

The great thing about the non-surgical penis enlargement is that you do not need to take any time off work. You can return to your daily routine immediately.

How long after the treatment can I resume with sexual activities?

Usually sexual activities can be resumed after 2 weeks unless your doctor advises otherwise.

Will I experience pain after the treatment?

Some mild pain and discomfort should be expected but this can be treated with over the counter painkillers.

What are the potential complications?

The most common issues for dermal fillers in general is an initial discomfort or temporary swelling and bruising. Fillers can also result in cysts, bumps, lumps (called nodules), skin irregularities, and/or inflamed tissue that persist, even with semi-permanent fillers. Allergic reactions can take place but are rare, especially with today’s newest fillers. If you are affected by cold sores, dermal fillers can trigger a breakout. Infection is always possible but it’s extremely rare and easily treated.

Not surprisingly, the most typical concerns regarding dermal fillers involve the results of the procedure. Problems such as poor or inaccurate placement, unevenness, and migration can happen. Experienced doctors can correct these complications and with short term fillers, these complications can usually be reversed or gradually be naturally absorbed.
